Well, I'm not doing so well on the weight loss, but at least I'm not gaining anymore. I'm down about 1 pound over the last three weeks. I've been good about my calorie intake and portion sizes. Not fantastic, but good, and getting better. I'm way way down on snacking between meals. But I need to work on exercise. Big time. Come on spring and gardening and long walks with the boy!
In the meantime, I have a wellness appointment tonight. (No, I have no real idea what that means, but my GP wants her patients to go for some kind of assessment.) Maybe they can kick my butt onto the right track.
