Bacon seemed to be the name of the game at the CNE this year. It showed up in so many dishes. These are a couple of my faves.
Deep-fried hot dog, wrapped in bacon, with bacon garnish.

Poutine. It wasn't greasy and delicious enough. So they added three strips of crunchy bacon. Bacon and gravy are now a new fave combo.
