I know I haven't been on top of this minimizing thing lately. Life got in the way. But as more "stuff" is arriving in my house from clearing out y Mother-in-law's house, I really have to get back into assessing and purging what we don't need/use.
Hubs was a drummer in high school (and is getting back into it now). We recently brought home all of his drums and amps and assorted musician stuff that was stored in his Mom's basement. To make room in our crawlspace, I finally got in there and started pulling out Little Boo's baby stuff. Some stuff did get sold to Once Upon a Child. Some more items are going up on UsedToronto.com. These bags and boxes of clothes and shoes below went for pick-up by the Canadian Diabetes Association's Clothesline program. Since there is diabetes in our family, I am happy to be able to support that cause with our donations.
I also finally put our old, broken high chair out for garbage pick-up. Why I ever put that in storage I will never know.
At any rate, one of my projects for the second half of my sick leave is to get this place organised and pared down in preparation for selling and moving. Wish me luck!
