As you know, I am a part of the P&G Mom program, and have had the pleasure of trying out a huge selection of P&G products over the last few months. I've also been able to share some of the fun with you all by offering some product giveaways. I hope you've been enjoying the information I've been sharing and the goodies I could send your way!
I've been using P&G products in my home for many years, even if I didn't always realise that the Swiffer and Tide and Iams and Duracell on my shelves were all part of this parent company. So, when I put it all together, I knew this program was a perfect match for me. I trust this company and have had great success with their products. I've really enjoyed to opportunity to try out some new ones as part of my involvement as a P&G Mom, and now I want to treat one of my readers to a few of my particular faves.
You see, there's a fun new campaign available this month, from Walmart Canada and P&G. They've partnered to launch a virtual store, providing a QR code-based shopping experience for busy families right here in Toronto. Located in 50 bus shelters across downtown, mid-town and up-town Toronto, this virtual store runs for four weeks and provides a quick and easy way for Canadians to purchase a variety of items.
The campaign features posters of popular products in categories such baby and beauty, and highlights some of the best new products, as voted by Canadians. Customers have the opportunity to scan and purchase 11 of P&G’s most popular items, including diapers, mascara, shampoo and toothpaste, in bus shelters across Toronto from June 3rd to 30th, 2013. In addition to these items, there are currently more than 2,000 P&G items available on Walmart.ca with new items being added regularly. Did you know that Walmart.ca offers free shipping to almost anywhere in Canada? Pretty convenient.
To celebrate this virtual store launch, I've been offered a gift card to try out this online shopping experience. Since I am in Toronto, I will be going looking for one of the 50 bus shelters to give a try of the QR code experience. (Confession - I love QR codes! I know not everyone does, but used correctly they are powerful tools.) If I don't find one in my travels, I'll go ahead and shop Walmart.ca. What will I be buying? And what do I plan to do with my purchases? Well, I'll be buying some of my favourite P&G items, and I'll be sending a selection of them to one of you!
I've decided to share the love on this one. I'll be using some of the gift card for me, as I want to test out the shipping options and see how quickly things arrive. And I'll be using some of the gift card to reward one of my dear readers. The package will be a surprise, and will to some extent depend on availability (not everything is available through the bus shelters). I will select and purchase a few of my faves and have them shipped to your door. Sound good?
Entries are via the Rafflecopter widget below and will be accepted until 12:00 midnight EDT, June 16. Giveaway is open to Canadian residents only, excluding Quebec. Winner must live in the Walmart.ca Canadian shipping area. The free shipping option will be used, not express or other premium services.
Prize value will be approximately $50.
Best of luck!
