Family Day at the Toronto Zoo - Farewell Humphrey!

It's a cold, cold weekend in Toronto, but that's just the way many animals at the Toronto Zoo like it. Especially the polar bear family.  If you've been watching baby Humphrey grow over the last year, you may want to take this final opportunity to visit him before he heads off to his new home at the Winnipeg Zoo next week. Monday, February 16 will be the last day to see Humphrey in Toronto, and you can drop off a card or sign his good bye poster at his exhibit on February 14th-16th 10am to 2pm. Guests can also head over to the Conservation Connection Centre from 10am to 3pm to make a special card for him.

And because it's Family Day weekend, the Zoo has a special treat for your family - 50% off one child admission with the purchase of one adult admission. Download your savings coupon here. Head to the Zoo to visit with their animal families and participate in family fun activities, including special valentine crafts on the Saturday, which will take place from 10am to 3pm in the Conservation Connection Centre (CCC).  If you're not so into the cold, plan to spend time in the indoor pavilions, and maybe check out the giraffes, Mstari and her mom, Twiga, in their new indoor viewing house.

There's always lots to see and do at the Zoo!
