Fair enough. But I encourage you to give it a chance, even if you think you don't like dark roast coffees. You may be pleasantly surprised. I was! I think I still prefer the original blend, but the dark roast is delicious, and a great way to mix it up a bit. It's what I had this morning, actually. Tim's has worked carefully on the blend and roasting to produce a dark coffee with a wonderfully rich and smooth flavour and aroma. There's nothing harsh or acidic about this one.
Did you know that, since its launch late last year, Dark Roast has sold over 100 million cups? They are definitely doing something right!
Tim's wants to encourage more Canadians to Get Into the Dark, and to join the #TimsDark conversation online. You can share your love of Tim Horton's Dark Roast using the #TimsDark hashtag on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and Tim's will randomly surprise fans with Tim Cards now through Tuesday, September 22.
Join Tim Horton's on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and let them know what you think! Maybe you'll get a nice surprise :)
