Celebrate Earth Day at the Toronto Zoo

We should love our planet every day, of course, but April 22 each year is especially set aside to celebrate our world and remind us all of the steps we can take to keep her healthy for generations to come. Earth Day is celebrated around the world with various events, including things like community clean-ups, environmental workshops, and tree plantings. And each year the Toronto Zoo adds special programming to commemorate the day. I received a press release this week with the details, and I'm sharing it with you here today.  They will have a number of activity stations, included in Zoo admission, and are also holding workshops, for which you will need to register. I've already signed us up for the Urban Pollinators workshop. Can't wait to build and install our bee condo!!!
